Terms of Service

This draft describes how the Service actually operates. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and requires review before launch.

These terms govern use of KoreanWare and AgencyKorean (the “Service”), operated by Netsesang (the “Company”).

1. Our role

The Company operates an online platform that introduces buyers and sellers. It is a broker, not a party to any transaction between members.

The Company does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of member-supplied information, including product details, company details, country of origin, HS codes and certifications, and accepts no responsibility for transactions between members.

This notice appears on every product and company page.

2. We do not handle payment

The Company neither receives nor holds funds for transactions between members. Members settle directly with each other.

The only amounts the Company collects are subscription fees and advertising fees.

If you are asked to send transaction funds to an account in the Company's name, that request did not come from us. Please report it.

3. Member obligations

Members must describe their company and products truthfully and must not infringe the rights of others.

Members may not list goods whose export or import is prohibited or restricted, including weapons and ammunition, controlled substances, products from endangered species, counterfeits and strategic goods.

Information about a counterparty received through the Service may be used only for the transaction it concerns, and may not be passed to third parties.

4. Keeping conversations on the platform

So that facts can be established if a dispute arises, the Company encourages members to communicate through the Service. Email addresses, phone numbers and messenger IDs in message bodies may be hidden automatically.

This protects members. Where a member takes a conversation off the platform, the Company cannot provide a response record, dispute assistance or any other support for it.

5. Removal and suspension

The Company may unpublish listings or suspend accounts that breach applicable law or these terms.

Every such action is recorded with its reason, and members may contest it.

Accounts subject to repeated upheld intellectual-property complaints may be suspended.

6. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for loss arising from causes outside its control, including force majeure, a member's own acts, and the unlawful acts of third parties.

Matters not addressed here are governed by applicable law and commercial practice.
