Privacy Policy

Netsesang processes personal data in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains what we collect and why.
1. What we collect
On sign-up: email address (required), name (optional), preferred language.
On company registration: legal name, representative, business registration number, opening date, country and address, website, trade profile (main markets, years exporting, certifications) and any documents submitted.
Through use of the Service: inquiry, quote and message content, product listings, access logs and consent records.
We do not collect Korean resident registration numbers.
2. Why we use it
To identify members and sign them in, by emailing a one-time link.
To verify Korean businesses and award verification badges. The registration number, representative name and opening date are checked against the National Tax Service business registration lookup.
To pass inquiries and quotes between members and to send the related notifications.
To prevent abuse, handle reports, and establish the facts in a dispute.
3. Required and optional consent
Required: terms of service, and collection and use of personal data. The Service cannot be used without these.
Optional: marketing messages. Declining does not restrict the Service, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Consents and withdrawals are recorded with their timestamps and can be produced on request.
4. Retention and deletion
Personal data is deleted without delay when an account is closed, except records the law requires us to keep, which are stored separately for the required period.
Messages between members are retained so that disputes can be examined; sender identifiers are separated when an account closes.
5. Transfers outside Korea
We use the following processors, some of which operate outside Korea:
Neon (database, Singapore) · Cloudflare R2 (file storage) · Resend (email delivery) · Hostinger (hosting).
The data transferred is that listed in section 1, transferred only so that each provider can deliver its service, and retained until the processing agreement ends.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time.
